Greatest challenge faced by women, almost across all subsets of population is their ‘Lack of access to skills and productive resources’ for improved and diversified income. It goes without saying that women take lead role (mostly under- acknowledged and non- economic) in all forms of productive activities at community level, that are mostly agricultural or agro- based activities. Low or no access to skills for improved livelihoods activities result into enduring poverty and fragile status of women at family and community level.
